Rühmatööruumide broneerimine

Tartu Ülikooli raamatukogus on 14 eri suuruses rühmatööruumi.

• Ruumid on kasutamiseks kõrgkoolide üliõpilastele ja töötajatele akadeemiliseks tegevuseks (v.a regulaarne õppetöö).
• Ruumi saab broneerida ühel päeval kuni kolmeks tunniks.
• Rühmas peab olema vähemalt kolm inimest.
• Raamatukogul on õigus mitteilmumisel broneering tühistada, kui selle algusest on möödunud 15 minutit.
• Kõrgkoolide üliõpilastele ja töötajatele on ruumide broneerimine tasuta. Teistel palume broneerimiseks pöörduda raamatukogu teenindusletti, infopunkti või kirjutada konverentsikeskuse juhile aadressil katriin.kaljovee@ut.ee. Vt rühmatööruumide hinnakirja raamatukogu kodulehelt.
• Ruumide kasutusõigust ei tohi edasi anda.
• Raamatukogul on õigus broneering tühistada, kui ruumi kasutamine ei vasta reeglitele.

• Ruumide broneerimiseks peab olema sisse logitud kõrgkooli kasutajatunnusega. Vabade aegade nägemiseks ja ruumi broneerimiseks vali menüüst alamleht „Broneeri".

Booking of group work rooms

There are 14 group work rooms of different sizes in the library. 

• Students and staff of all higher education institutions can use the rooms for academic activities (except for recurring lectures/seminars).
• A single reservation allows you to book a room for up to 3 hours per day.
• A group must consist of at least 3 persons.
• The library reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the group does not show up within 15 minutes of start time.
• The use of group work rooms is free for the students and staff of higher education institutions. Other users who want to book a room should contact one of the library’s service desks, the information desk or the head of the conference centre by mail: katriin.kaljovee@ut.ee. • The right to use the rooms cannot  be transferred  to third persons.
• The library has the right to cancel the booking if the use of the room does not comply with the rules.
• Room reservation requires logging in with your university account credentials. To see available times and book a room, select "Broneeri" from the menu.
